You can return or exchange goods purchased in the online store or offline stores of KEL within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the parcel\/goods.<\/p>\n

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible only if you have saved the receipt, the item has a presentable appearance, all accompanying tags and has not been used.<\/p>\n

Please note that products sewn in “Atelier Dnipro KEL” on an individual order and taking into account individual sizes are not subject to return and exchange.<\/p>\n
