Delivery methods
Transport company “Nova Poshta”

• The product is made to order and will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the moment of purchase. Delivery is carried out to the “Nova Poshta” branch throughout Ukraine within 2 – 7 business days, except for temporarily occupied territories (Donetsk region, Luhansk region, Crimea).
• Be sure to check the integrity of the parcel and its compliance with the order at the branch before paying.
• Address delivery by Nova Poshta courier is possible, provided the order is fully paid.

International delivery

• The cost, terms and specific delivery service are discussed individually with the manager responsible for your order.
• Delivery times – from 2 to 4 weeks.

Payment methods
Cash
• Cash payment upon receipt of the goods (Nova Poshta cash on delivery, subject to a prepayment of 300 UAH, which will be included in the order price).
• This payment option applies exclusively to delivery within Ukraine.
Visa and MasterCard
• Payment for the order with a Visa and MasterCard bank card using the details after confirmation of your order by the manager.
• Please note that with this payment method, the goods are sent only after confirmation of the payment.

Cash on delivery by transport company
Nova Poshta

Shipping by cash on delivery is possible, subject to a prepayment of 300 UAH. In case of refusal of the goods, these are postage costs. In case of purchase, these costs are included in the order price.
• Payment for the order by cash on delivery is made after inspecting the parcel for compliance with the order at the Nova Poshta branch.
• A Nova Poshta commission is charged according to the tariffs. In the case of payment for the shipment by cash on delivery, it is 2% of the cost of the shipment + 20 UAH for the transfer of funds.
If for some reason the order did not suit you, you simply refuse to receive the parcel and do not pay for it.

Other payment options
Payment via the PrivatBank terminal or cash desk, the Privat24 application, IBox or other terminals. The manager will provide you with payment details after confirming the order.
Western Union:
Payment is made via the Western Union money transfer system.
After making the payment, provide a photo or copy of the receipt for confirmation.
PayPal:
Payment is possible via the PayPal system to the specified email address.
Be sure to indicate the order number or your name in the payment comment.
Payment details will be sent after order confirmation.
