Exchange and return conditions

You can return or exchange goods purchased in the online store or offline stores of KEL within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the parcel/goods.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is possible only if you have saved the receipt, the item has a presentable appearance, all accompanying tags and has not been used.

Please note that products sewn in “Atelier Dnipro KEL” on an individual order and taking into account individual sizes are not subject to return and exchange.

Possible ways to send a return

Important: all costs associated with the return / exchange of goods of proper quality purchased by online order are borne by the buyer.

Return of the parcel through a branch of the transport company “Nova Poshta”.

• Shipping is carried out at the rates of the Nova Poshta shipping company.

Attention: if the recipient’s data is specified incorrectly, we will not be able to guarantee delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.

When returning the goods, it is necessary to attach a receipt. Refunds are made only after the manager receives the goods, checks the receipt and the absence of traces of use.

Please note!

• It is possible to return a good quality item only provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved. (no traces of wear, original labels and tags);

• The refund period for the purchased goods is up to 3 banking days (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse together with the receipt) to a bank card;

• Goods with defects / incorrect the complete set (the product that you did not order, or the size does not match the one ordered) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging;

• We will cover the costs of shipping the product of improper quality. To do this, you must provide a receipt for the shipment and a photo of the product with a description of the detected problem/defect.

• Some categories of products, for example, bodysuits, corsets, are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the Resolution Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, M 172. More details here
