1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer from the KEL online store (kel.ua), owned by a sole proprietor (FOP) — owner of the KEL trademark (Certificate No. 335249, registered July 19, 2023), and sets out all essential terms of the distance sales contract.

By placing an order on kel.ua, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subject Matter

The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of goods (clothing and accessories of the KEL brand) to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with these Terms.

All items are made to order at KEL’s own production facility in Ukraine (Dnipro). The full range is available at kel.ua.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and include all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice; the price is fixed at the moment the order is confirmed by a manager.

Accepted payment methods:

• Visa / MasterCard bank card (details provided after order confirmation)
• Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (with a prepayment of UAH 300)
• PrivatBank — terminal, branch, Privat24, IBox
• Western Union (for international orders)
• PayPal (for international orders)

Goods are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.

4. Production and Delivery

Items are made to order within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Delivery within Ukraine:

• Nova Poshta courier service — delivery to a branch or courier delivery to address
• Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days
• Deliveries to temporarily occupied territories are not available (Donetsk, Luhansk regions, Crimea)

International delivery:

• Conditions, cost, and delivery service are agreed individually with the manager
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 weeks

5. Returns and Exchanges

The Customer has the right to return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that:

• The item retains its original appearance and consumer properties
• Original labels and tags are intact
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is available
• The item shows no signs of use

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items custom-made to individual measurements at KEL Atelier
• Bodysuits and corsets (pursuant to Ukrainian Cabinet Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994)

Return shipping costs for items of adequate quality are borne by the Customer. Return shipping for defective items is covered by the Seller.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Quality Guarantee

The Seller guarantees that all goods are manufactured from quality materials at KEL’s own production facility in accordance with brand standards. If an item has a manufacturing defect, the Seller will replace, repair, or refund it at no additional cost.

7. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for: delivery delays caused by the courier company; inaccuracies in the order caused by the Customer; force majeure circumstances (military actions, state of emergency, etc.).

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the contact and payment information provided.

8. Trademark Rights

The KEL trademark is registered in the State Register of Ukraine (Certificate No. 335249, dated July 19, 2023). All rights reserved. Use of the brand name, logo, or materials without prior written consent of the owner is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the Seller’s place of registration in accordance with Ukrainian law.
